プライバシーポリシー
「Dakke」（以下「本アプリ」）は、利用者のプライバシーを尊重し、 以下の方針で個人情報を取り扱います。
1. 取り扱う情報
本アプリは以下の情報を端末内で取り扱います：
- 利用者が入力したテキスト（人の名前・所属・SNS ハンドル・ひとことメモ・イベント名など）
- 利用者が撮影または選択した写真（顔・名刺・イベントの写真）
- 利用者が写真に付けた顔タグ（写真内の顔の位置）
- 出会いの記録（会ったイベント名・日時）
2. 情報の保存先
上記の情報はすべて、利用者の端末内および利用者ご自身の iCloud Private Database（Apple CloudKit） にのみ保存されます。開発者を含む第三者がこれらのデータにアクセスすることはありません。開発者が運営するサーバーは存在しません。
iCloud の同期と保存は Apple が提供するサービスであり、 Apple のプライバシーポリシー（apple.com/legal/privacy）に従って取り扱われます。
3. 画像処理はすべて端末内で行われます
写真からの顔の検出、名刺の文字認識（OCR）、画像内テキストの選択（Live Text）は、すべて Apple の Vision / VisionKit フレームワークにより端末内で実行されます。写真や認識結果が外部のサーバーへ送信されることはありません。
4. 第三者への提供・トラッキング
本アプリは、利用者の情報を第三者に提供しません。 広告 SDK、解析 SDK、トラッキング技術を一切使用しません。
5. 権限について
本アプリはカメラへのアクセス権限を要求しますが、これは名刺や顔を撮影して出会いを記録するためのものです。撮影した写真は端末内と利用者ご自身の iCloud にのみ保存されます。
写真の選択には Apple 標準の写真ピッカーを使用しており、本アプリがアクセスできるのは利用者が選択した写真のみです。写真ライブラリ全体へのアクセス権限は要求しません。
位置情報サービス（CoreLocation）は使用していません。
6. データの削除
アプリ内の「設定 → すべてのデータを削除」から、端末内と iCloud 上のデータ（人・出会い・写真・顔タグ・SNS）をまとめて削除できます。
アプリ自体をアンインストールしても、iCloud 内のデータは保持されますが、設定アプリの 「Apple ID → iCloud → ストレージを管理」から手動で削除できます。
7. 子どものプライバシー
本アプリは特に子どもを対象としていません。13 歳未満の方が利用する場合は、保護者の管理下でご利用ください。
8. ポリシーの変更
本ポリシーは、必要に応じて改定されることがあります。 重要な変更がある場合は、本ページにて告知します。

Privacy Policy
"Dakke" (the "App") respects your privacy. This policy describes how the App handles your data.
1. Data Handled
The App handles the following data on your device:
- Text you enter (names, affiliations, social media handles, short notes, event names)
- Photos you take or select (faces, business cards, event photos)
- Face tags you add to photos (positions of faces within a photo)
- Encounter records (event names and dates of when you met someone)
2. Where Data Is Stored
All data is stored exclusively on your device and in your personal iCloud Private Database (Apple CloudKit). No third party, including the developer, can access this data. The developer operates no servers.
iCloud syncing and storage are provided by Apple and governed by Apple's privacy policy (apple.com/legal/privacy).
3. All Image Processing Happens On-Device
Face detection, business card text recognition (OCR), and Live Text are all performed on your device using Apple's Vision / VisionKit frameworks. Your photos and recognition results are never sent to any external server.
4. Sharing and Tracking
The App does not share your data with third parties. The App does not use any advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, or tracking technologies.
5. Permissions
The App requests camera access solely to photograph business cards and faces when recording an encounter. Photos you take are stored only on your device and in your own iCloud.
Photo selection uses Apple's standard photo picker, so the App can only access the photos you explicitly select. The App never requests access to your entire photo library.
The App does not use Location Services (CoreLocation).
6. Data Deletion
You can delete all data (people, encounters, photos, face tags, social handles) from both your device and iCloud at once via "Settings → Delete All Data" inside the App.
Uninstalling the App alone does not remove data stored in iCloud — you can manually remove it from Settings → Apple ID → iCloud → Manage Storage.
7. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children. Users under 13 should use the App under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may revise this policy from time to time. Significant changes will be announced on this page.
