「ほっとく」（以下「本アプリ」）は、利用者のプライバシーを尊重し、以下の方針で情報を取り扱います。本アプリはアカウント登録を必要とせず、サーバーを持たず、開発者は利用者の記録を一切受け取りません。

1取り扱う情報

本アプリが取り扱うのは、利用者がアプリ内で操作・入力した以下の情報だけです。

休憩の記録（始めた時刻・終えた時刻・選んだ時間）
手放したことの記録（選んだタグの名前と日時）
利用者が足したものを含むタグの一覧と、その並び・表示の設定
いま休憩中かどうか（始めた時刻と選んだ時間）

氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号・位置情報・連絡先などの個人情報は、 一切収集しません。利用者を識別する ID を作ることもありません。

2情報の保存先

上記の情報は利用者の端末内にのみ保存されます。サーバーや外部ストレージに送信・同期されることはなく、iCloud 同期も行いません。端末を買い替えた場合、記録は引き継がれません。

ロック画面・Dynamic Island の「休憩中」の表示とコントロールセンターの「休む」ボタンのために、 同じ端末の中で本アプリの拡張機能と情報を共有します。端末の外には出ません。

3通知の権限

時間を決めた休憩（5分・30分・60分）が終わったことをお知らせするために、そうした休憩を初めて始めたときに、OS が通知の許可を求めるダイアログを表示します。通知は端末の中で予約され、開発者のサーバーから送るものではありません。許可しなくても本アプリは使えます。

位置情報・カメラ・写真・マイク・連絡先・カレンダーの権限は 要求しません。ネットワーク通信も、次項のアプリ内課金を除いて行いません。

4アプリ内課金について

先週より前のふりかえりを見られるようにする買い切りを提供しています。休憩の記録と今週のふりかえりは、購入しなくても使えます。購入手続きは Apple の App Store を通じて行われます。 開発者がクレジットカード番号などの決済情報を受け取ることはありません。購入したかどうかは Apple から提供される情報をもとに端末上で判定します。

5第三者提供・広告・解析

本アプリは広告を表示せず、解析 SDK も使用していません。利用者の情報を第三者に提供することはなく、トラッキング（ATT）の許可を求めることもありません。

6データの削除

アプリをアンインストールすれば、端末内に保存された記録はすべて消えます。開発者側には元から何も無いため、削除のご依頼をいただく必要はありません。

7子どものプライバシー

本アプリは特に子どもを対象としていません。13 歳未満の方が利用する場合は、保護者の管理下でご利用ください。

8ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーは、必要に応じて改定されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページにて告知します。

アプリ内の「要望・不具合を送る」からメールをお送りいただく場合、本文にアプリのバージョンとビルド番号、 iOS のバージョンが入ります（記録の内容や端末を識別する情報は入りません）。お送りいただいたメールアドレスと内容は、お返事と改善のためにのみ使用し、法令に基づく場合を除き第三者に提供しません。

Privacy Policy

Hottoku (the "App") respects your privacy and handles information as described below. The App requires no account, has no server, and the developer never receives your records.

1Information the App handles

The App only handles the following information that you create in the App:

Rest records (start time, end time, and the length you chose)
Things you let go (the tag names you picked and when)
Your list of tags, including ones you added, and their order and visibility
Whether you are resting right now (start time and the length you chose)

The App does not collect any personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, location, or contacts, and it does not create any identifier for you.

2Where the information is stored

The information above is stored only on your device. It is never sent to or synced with a server or external storage, and the App does not use iCloud sync. Records are not carried over when you change devices.

To show "Resting" on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island, and for the "Rest" button in Control Center, the App shares this information with its own extension on the same device. It never leaves the device.

3Notification permission

To let you know when a timed rest (5, 30, or 60 minutes) ends, iOS asks for notification permission the first time you start such a rest. Notifications are scheduled on your device, not sent from the developer's server. You can use the App without allowing notifications.

The App does not request location, camera, photos, microphone, contacts, or calendar permissions, and makes no network connections other than for the in-app purchase below.

4In-app purchase

The App offers a one-time purchase that unlocks reviewing weeks before last week. Resting, recording, and this week's review are free. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. The developer never receives your payment information, such as credit card numbers. Whether you have purchased is determined on your device from information provided by Apple.

5Third parties, ads, and analytics

The App shows no ads and uses no analytics SDKs. It does not share your information with third parties and never asks for tracking (ATT) permission.

6Deleting your data

Uninstalling the App deletes all records stored on your device. Since the developer holds no data, there is no need to request deletion.

7Children's privacy

The App is not specifically directed at children. Children under 13 should use the App under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

8Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated as needed. Significant changes will be announced on this page.

If you send an email from "Send feedback" in the App, the App version, build number, and iOS version are included in the message (no record contents or device identifiers). Your email address and message are used only to reply and improve the App, and are not shared with third parties except as required by law.
