プライバシーポリシー
「まんなか」（以下「本アプリ」）は、利用者のプライバシーを尊重し、 以下の方針で情報を取り扱います。
1. 取り扱う情報
本アプリが取り扱うのは、利用者が入力・生成した以下の情報です：
- 利用者が入力した参加者の名前（任意）
- 利用者が選択した最寄り駅（駅名と緯度経度）
- 利用者が入力した駅までの徒歩分数（任意）
- 利用者が入力した集合時間
- 利用者が入力したキーワード（「焼肉」「カフェ」など、任意）
- 利用者が保存したお気に入りのスポット・グループの履歴
これらはいずれも当社に送信されません。当社はサーバーを持たず、 利用者を識別するアカウントもありません。
2. 情報の保存先
上記の情報は利用者の端末内にのみ保持されます。 参加者の入力内容と検索結果はアプリを終了すると破棄されます。 一方、お気に入り・グループの履歴・アプリの設定は、 利用者が保存を選んだ場合に端末内のアプリ領域に保存されます （グループの履歴は「まんなかプラス」の機能です）。
端末内に保存されたこれらのデータが、サーバーや外部ストレージ、iCloud などに送信・同期されることはありません。
3. 外部サービスとの通信
中心駅の提案にあたり、Apple の MapKit サービスと通信して、 公共交通の経路所要時間および地図情報を取得します。 この通信は Apple のサービスとして行われ、開発者を含む第三者が 通信内容を取得することはありません。 詳細は Apple のプライバシーポリシー（apple.com/legal/privacy）をご参照ください。
無料でご利用の場合、広告の配信のために Google と通信します（第 4 項）。 利用者の入力情報が送信されるのは MapKit に対してのみで、広告のために送信されることはありません。
4. 広告について
無料でご利用の場合、本アプリは Google の AdMob による広告を表示します。
- 広告のために送信される情報 — 広告の配信、表示回数の計測、不正防止のため、広告 ID（IDFA）、IP アドレス、端末の種類や OS バージョンなどの技術情報が Google に送信されます。これは広告 SDK の動作によるもので、本アプリが独自に収集・保存するものではありません
- 入力内容は広告に渡しません — 参加者の名前・最寄り駅・キーワード・検索結果・履歴・お気に入りを、 広告の配信やターゲティングに使用することはありません
- トラッキングの許可は利用者が選べます — iOS の確認画面で許可・不許可を選べます。許可しなくても、まんなかの機能はすべてお使いいただけます。 許可しない場合、広告はパーソナライズされないものになります。設定は iOS の「設定 > プライバシーとセキュリティ > トラッキング」からいつでも変更できます
- 欧州経済領域（EEA）・英国・スイスの方 — 適用される法令に基づき、広告に関する同意画面を別途表示します
- 広告を消す方法 — アプリ内課金「まんなかプラス」 （月額・年額・買い切りのいずれか）をご購入いただくと、広告は表示されなくなります
Google がデータをどのように取り扱うかについては、Google のポリシー（policies.google.com）をご参照ください。
広告以外の目的で利用者の情報を第三者に提供することはありません。解析 SDK は使用していません。
5. 権限について
本アプリは位置情報サービスへのアクセス権限を要求しません。 中心駅の計算は、利用者が手入力した参加者の最寄り駅情報のみを使用します。
利用者の現在地は使用しません。
6. データの削除
参加者の入力内容と検索結果は、アプリを閉じるか強制終了するだけで破棄されます。
端末内に保存されるお気に入り・グループの履歴は、アプリ内でそれぞれ個別に削除できます。 アプリをアンインストールすれば、保存されたデータはすべて端末から消えます。 当社側には元から何も無いため、削除のご依頼をいただく必要はありません。
7. 子どものプライバシー
本アプリは特に子どもを対象としていません。13 歳未満の方が利用する場合は、保護者の管理下でご利用ください。
8. ポリシーの変更
本ポリシーは、必要に応じて改定されることがあります。 重要な変更がある場合は、本ページにて告知します。

Privacy Policy
"Mannaka" (the "App") respects your privacy. This policy describes how the App handles your data.
1. Data Handled
The App handles the following information that you enter or create:
- Participant names you enter (optional)
- Nearest stations you select (station name and coordinates)
- Walking time to the station you enter (optional)
- Meeting time you set
- Keywords you enter (e.g. "cafe", "BBQ"; optional)
- Favorite spots and group history you choose to save
None of this is ever sent to us. We operate no servers, and there is no account that identifies you.
2. Where Data Is Stored
The above information is kept only on your device. Participant input and search results are discarded when you close the App. Favorites, group history, and app settings are saved in the App's storage on your device when you choose to save them (group history is a Mannaka Plus feature).
Data stored on your device is never transmitted to or synced with any server, external storage, or iCloud.
3. External Services
To suggest a meeting station, the App communicates with Apple's MapKit to retrieve public transit travel times and map information. This communication is handled as an Apple service, and no third party (including the developer) can access the contents of the communication. See Apple's privacy policy (apple.com/legal/privacy) for details.
When used for free, the App communicates with Google to serve ads (Section 4). Your input is sent only to MapKit, and never for advertising.
4. Advertising
When used for free, the App displays ads served by Google AdMob.
- What is sent for advertising — To deliver ads, measure impressions, and prevent fraud, technical information such as your advertising identifier (IDFA), IP address, device model, and OS version is sent to Google. This is the behavior of the advertising SDK; the App does not itself collect or store this information
- Your input is not shared with advertising — Participant names, stations, keywords, search results, history, and favorites are never used to serve or target ads
- Tracking is your choice — iOS will ask whether you allow tracking. Every Mannaka feature works whether or not you allow it. If you decline, ads will be non-personalized. You can change this at any time in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking
- If you are in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland — A separate consent screen for advertising is shown as required by applicable law
- How to remove ads — Purchasing "Mannaka Plus" (monthly, annual, or lifetime) removes all ads

We do not share your information with third parties for any purpose other than advertising as described above. The App uses no analytics SDKs.
5. Permissions
The App does not request location services permission. The center-station calculation uses only the nearest-station information you manually enter for each participant.
Your current location is never used.
6. Data Deletion
Participant input and search results are discarded simply by closing or quitting the App.
Favorites and group history stored on your device can each be deleted from within the App. Uninstalling the App removes all saved data from your device. Because we hold nothing on our side, there is no need to request deletion from us.
7. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children. Users under 13 should use the App under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may revise this policy from time to time. Significant changes will be announced on this page.
